Chicken and Butter Bean Greek Stew

A Greek inspired stew which is super easy all in one pot. Just chuck all the ingredients in and leave to cook!
Easy to freeze for left overs!
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 can butter beans
150g sundried tomotoes, sliced
2 red onions, diced
2 tbsp dried organano
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp chill flakes (optional)
100g feta to serve
Directions
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker, expect the feta. Mix well and cook for 4 hours on low or 2 hours on high.
Serve and crumble of the feta
