Sweet and savoury perfection

A little old school pork and pineapple curry which is very easy. You can skip the first step if you do not have time but if you want to make the most of the flavours it is recommended.
Ingredients
Serves 4
750g pork fillet, chopped into chunks
2tbsp flour
2 white onions, diced
2tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp paprika
chicken stock cube
1 tbsp dried chillies
2 tbsp mango chutney
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
425g canned pineapple chunks in juice
Directions
Toss the pork in the flour. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry off the pork until browned. Add the onions along with the spices and allow to infuse for couple of minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, including 4 tbsp of the pineapple juice from the can.
Add the mix of all the ingredients to the slow cooker and mix well. Cook on low for 6 hours or 3 hours on high.
