Spicy Bean and Chorizo Stew

A spicy twist on a classic stew!
Ingredients
Serves 4
2 can butter beans
250g spicy chorizo ring, chopped into rounds
2 peppers, sliced
1 white and 1 red onion, diced
2-4 chillies, diced
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp dried mixed herbs
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp paprika
Directions
Heat a little oil in a pan, fry off the chorizo for a few mins then add the onions until soft
Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and mix
Cook for 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high
